Get a glimpse of the deep dive

  • JAN 18 • WEEK 1: INTENTIONS + ENVIRONMENT

    During the first week, we will focus on setting our intentions and creating a supportive internal and external environment to carry out our new routine / mindset / behavior. Your intention may be to become more mindful and present throughout your day, to incorporate new practices, or to make other lifestyle changes. No matter what, we need to be realistic and honest with ourselves when setting our intentions, making sure that we can make the appropriate space in our schedule as well as hold sacred boundaries around our practice. Thus, we have to cultivate the external and internal space to support our intentions, as well as a healthy attitude towards our new endeavor.

  • JAN 25 • WEEK 2: SIMPLIFICATION + STORY

    During the second week, we will double down on simplification, clearing obstacles and carrying through with our intentions and visions for the things we want to implement more of. This week's work is looking at the stories we tell ourselves and how we can rewrite the script. Each week is fueled by motivational input, topics for journaling and contemplation, as well as room for feedback.

  • FEB 1 • WEEK 3: INTEGRATION + OBSTACLES

    Week three focuses on integration of our new habit(s) and make sure that we nurture ourselves enough to stay on the path. We will continue to look closer at obstacles that can come up during such a deep dive and circle back around to our purpose of investing our time and energy into this. The further we go into this immersion, the more stuff will inevitable come up. This is part of the reason we invest our energy in the sacred container of the course, in order to get to know ourselves more intimately – to meet ourselves fully and lovingly.

  • FEB 8 • WEEK 4: REFLECTIONS + INSIGHTS

    During previous weeks we will have looked at potential obstacles, while this week we will look closer at insights, reflections and lessons that have been brought to our awareness through our committed practice. This is where we double down on the motivations behind our choices and look at the valuable insights they bring.

  • FEB 15 • WEEK 5: COMMITMENT TO SELF

    This week we'll dive deeper into our relationship with Self and how we are nurturing this, or not. We will look at various different angles of commitment and devotion, ritual and self-care, as well as our willingness to commit to commitment. This is a deep and ongoing conversation that can help us infuse the work we are doing with lifestyle changes, mindset shifts, and behavioral changes of all types.

  • FEB 22 • WEEK 6: FORWARD VISION

    During the last week, we will leave more room for Q&A, discussions, contemplations on lifestyle choices moving forward, etc. If you want to go deeper with this type of work, you will be given the opportunity to do so via 1:1 mentorship and counseling.

6 LIVE GROUP SESSIONS ON ZOOM

Gather with us weekly online, in this sacred container where we go into the depths of what it means to change a mindset, habit, behavior and lifestyle. Sunday evenings, January 18-February 22, 2026 at 6-7:30pm MST on Zoom. You also have the option to do this as a self-study, watching the recordings and following along at your own pace.

Hansa is a student of life and servant of self. She has her heart in nature and deep silence. Her personal sadhana (spiritual practice) is to embody yogic values and living a sattvic, conscious, simple life. She serves the greater community by showing up for others on the path, in a myriad of ways. She practices Ashtanga yoga, studies yogic philosophy at depth, and live by the principles of Advaita Vedanta (in the lineage of Swami Dayananda Saraswati and as a devotee of Sri Mooji and Sri Ramana Maharshi) and Kashmir Shaivism (in the lineage of Muktananda, Rupert Spira, and others). She has nurtured a steady sadhana (practice) for decades. She is the founder of VICHARA inspiration, an avenue through which she connects to the sangha at large. During this deep dive, we'll explore the multifaceted experiences of cultivating a regular practice. If you already have a practice, we'll explore it further. If you are new to this, we'll explore a practice that suits your specific intentions.

  • What type of practice am I committing to?

    During our initial private session we will get together on Zoom, before the course starts, and agree on a practice and plan that serves your intent. This course is thus tailored to everyone individually. Your practice can thus be a physical yoga practice, mindfulness, meditation, lifestyle related, or other.

  • How many private sessions are included?

    This course offers two 20 min 1:1 mentorship sessions (one pre-start session + one during the course to discuss more in-depth what has come up for you).

  • Total Sessions

    6 Recorded Group Sessions + 2 Private Sessions

  • What else can I expect?

    You will receive weekly check-ins and motivational input. Your only job is to show up for yourself, commit to contemplation and some journaling along the way, and to witness the unfolding that a regular practice/habit change can bring.
