Get a glimpse of the deep dive

  • Week 1

During the first week, we will focus on setting our intentions and creating a supportive internal and external environment to carry out our new routine. Your intention may be to become more mindful throughout your day, to incorporate new practices, or to make other lifestyle changes. No matter what, we need to be realistic and honest with ourselves when setting our intentions, making sure that we can make the appropriate space in our schedule as well as hold sacred boundaries around our practice. Thus, we have to cultivate the external and internal space to support our intentions, as well as a healthy attitude towards our new endeavor.

  • Week 2

During the second week, we will focus on integration of our new habit(s) and make sure that we nurture ourselves enough to stay on the path. We will look closer at obstacles that can come up during such a deep dive and circle back around to our purpose of investing our time and energy into this. Each week is fueled by motivational input, topics for journaling and contemplation, as well as room for feedback.

  • Week 3

The further we go into the immersion, the more stuff will inevitable come up. This is part of the reason we invest our energy in such an immersion, in order to get to know ourselves more intimately. During previous weeks we will have looked at potential obstacles, while this week we will look closer at insights, reflections and lessons that have been brought to our awareness through our committed practice.

  • Week 4

During the fourth week, we will leave more room for Q&A, discussions, contemplations on lifestyle choices moving forward, etc. If one wants to go deeper with this type of work together, you will be given the opportunity to do so.

Receive support and guidance.

Committing to self-care is not always easy.

Sessions

All sessions are available online, for self-study. You set your own study schedule for these 4 weeks. However, we recommend that you make a commitment to your practice and give yourself the intended immersion into the resources and inner work.

Journey through a 4-week course with carefully tailored materials and resources. Work your way gradually through each week and don't jump ahead. There is a purposeful progression. Once you have worked your way through the weekly study pointers, watch the recorded session for further reflections on the weekly focus areas.

Complementary private sessions are included in the online offering. Each online course includes an initial 30 min free private session + a 1-hour deep dive private session, once you've gotten further into the course. These sessions are booked to fit your needs and schedule.
